Qwon software terms Single-column press proof

End User Agreement

These terms cover installation and use of Qwon, a magazine-style artistic portrait atelier whose creative loop runs brief to Atelier to optional AI shoot to plate finish to Lookbook. Using the app means you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use Qwon.

Eligibility without a remote identity file

You may use Qwon if you have capacity to accept software terms where you live, and if your use complies with United States law and other laws that apply to you. Use on behalf of an organization means you have authority to bind that organization.

Qwon has no mandatory account system. The darkroom desk opens without a forced remote identity gate. Device-local preferences may still remember settings between visits.

Seven Ateliers, one desk: mood, projection, optional emulsion transfer for AI plates, magazine finish, Lookbook archive, salon pins, and Darkroom Settings tools such as Lookbook clear and export quality.

How the floor is meant to be worked

A session may include selecting an editorial mood, placing a portrait from camera or library, reviewing style guidance, requesting AI plate options after clearance, adjusting finish on the magazine spread desk, and writing a plate into your Lookbook. Features depend on device capability and the permissions you grant. Declining camera or photos access may limit capture, import, or export without voiding the rest of these terms.

AI plate generation is optional and outbound. Paths that do not require network rendering remain available according to the build you installed.

License to the press tools

We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Qwon on devices you own or control for lawful creative work. You receive a license to use software, not ownership of code, branding, Atelier designs, sample plates, or other press assets.

Conduct that ends a session early

You agree not to:

Your source material and finished plates

You keep rights you already hold in portraits and other inputs you supply. You grant Qwon permission to process those inputs on device and, when you request AI plates, to transmit them to the rendering provider solely to generate options and return results. Obtain consents from depicted people when consent is required. Do not submit images that violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others.

Lookbook plates stored on your device remain under your local custody. Exports to Photos or shares outside Qwon fall under those downstream rules.

Pressmarks, samples, and AI partners

Qwon naming, interface chrome, Atelier narratives, and sample guidance plates belong to the operator or its licensors. Matching a style reference transfers lighting, grain, composition atmosphere, and graphic mood; it is not permission to copy another person’s likeness from a reference onto your subject.

Subject to third-party model and platform terms that may attach to AI outputs, and subject to rights in your source portrait, you may use plate images produced for you through Qwon in lawful personal or commercial creative projects, without claiming ownership of Qwon software or brand.

AI rendering runs through third-party image services configured in the app, including Grsai-related endpoints. Availability, latency, model behavior, and output quality can vary. Qwon is not responsible for partner outages or content policies beyond reasonable integration care.

Shifts on the desk floor

Ateliers, projection tools, export options, AI models, and layout may change. Features may pause for maintenance, legal compliance, partner changes, or product direction. Continuity of every current Atelier or rendering route is not promised in perpetuity.

Limits of magazine-style AI plates

AI styling can invent detail, misread light, or diverge from intent. Outputs are creative interpretations, not certified proofs or identity documents. Review plates before publishing or relying on them in sensitive contexts. Network generation needs connectivity and successful partner responses; local finishing still depends on device storage, OS permissions, and distribution constraints.

Warranty boundary and liability ceiling

Qwon is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed where allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost creative opportunity, or data loss arising from use of the atelier or AI variability. Aggregate liability for claims relating to Qwon will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid (if any) for access during the three months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Where a jurisdiction forbids certain limits, those limits apply only as far as allowed.

Stopping use and resolving disputes

Stop using Qwon by closing and uninstalling the app. Network-dependent features may be suspended if you breach these terms, if law requires, or if partners or platforms make continued operation impractical. Intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute terms survive.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and, where not preempted, the laws of the state where the operator keeps its principal place of business, without conflict rules that would send the matter elsewhere. Try good-faith resolution first by writing the desk address below. If unresolved, either party may seek relief before competent courts in the United States, subject to non-waivable consumer rights where you live.
